# Yen Tzu Chang (張晏慈) > Personal portfolio website of Yen Tzu Chang (張晏慈), a Taiwan-based new media artist, new media art director, and sound artist. She combines art, programming, and technical media into her artworks, including interdisciplinary art and experimental performances based on sound installations. Yen Tzu Chang holds a bachelor's degree from the New Media Art Department of Taipei National University of the Arts and a master's degree from the Interface Culture Department of Kunstuniversität Linz, Austria (2018). Her work explores the essence of life through philosophy and science thinking. Ready-made objects and DIY techniques feature in many pieces, with a strong emphasis on interactivity and the transformation of participant roles.
